Grady is absolutely top notch! From the beginning, when we were simply looking for a realtor opinion on the value of our house and the market, Grady was fantastic! Very professional and friendly. I'll be honest, we initially decided to sell/buy our properties through Grady as we had done so before with his father. Well I'm thrilled to report that the apple does not fall far from the tree. Grady was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had, and if he didn't know the answer he would find out. He made the daunting process of selling and buying an unforgettable experience. He is also very knowledgeable of the market and I could really just go on and on. We have now found our forever home, but if we ever decide to downsize in the future, we will 100% use Grady again! Thanks for everything!!

Grady went above and beyond to first help us sell our house, and then find a new one! I can’t remember how many houses we looked at, inside and outside Calgary, before we zeroed in on a location that best suited our needs. Grady was very helpful in making sure we were considering all our options, and seemed very knowledgeable about every area we looked in. Grady was also able to recommend some contacts for financing, home inspections, etc. and I found that very helpful! Grady still has me set up to receive e-mails when homes are listed or sold in my area/areas of interest – allowing me keep informed on what’s going on in my neighborhood! Thanks for all the help Grady!

Grady is 100% professional, reliable, accountable, available, and has the keen eye to exploit the uniqueness a home has that common folks like me would never have noticed. His attention to detail with photographers to capture the right angel, lighting, and decrease "clutter" is outstanding. Highly recommend Grady!!!
